Asthma Fundamentals Training Programme

This is an eight hour course for registered nurses who provide education for people with asthma or COPD. This is a comprehensive course developed by the Asthma and Respiratory Foundation. There will be an Asthma Fundamentals course in Sept/Oct 2010 click here for information and registration.

Breathing Rules Workshop

A full-day workshop for rest home caregivers providing practical education for the care of elderly people with asthma or chronic respiratory disease.

Group education

On-site respiratory education for rest home and home based support staff. Presented in one-hour modules. Topics include COPD and Asthma

Medical student tutorials

Tutorial sessions for fourth year medical students on providing patient education for asthma.
